Lekha graduated from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad conferred with a dual degree of lifestyle product design and Film direction. However, she has always been passionate about being in front of the camera, a fact which is justified by several stirring performances given by her in lead roles.
She is a woman who wears many hats as she is the founder of ‘Ajji- The Odd Product Company’ in 2011 to constantly support innovation and original design. Nowadays, this venture is popularly known by the name of ‘Lekha Washington Studio.’
