Aakanksha Gupta, Founder & CEO of The Other Circle (TOC), is a visionary in marketing and PR with
over 15 years of experience. This Xavier Institute alumna founded TOC in 2013, redefining industry
standards and symbolizing an inclusive space in PR. As a multifaceted leader, she excels in narrative
building, lateral thinking, strategy, and crisis management. Aakanksha’s leadership, alongside her
brother and co-founder Anuraag, navigated the company through the pandemic, expanding into new
sectors and growing to a 60-member team within two years post-pandemic.
Aakanksha’s launch of their second company, Cavalry Media further showcases her strategic mindset.
Her approach intertwines business acumen with kindness, fostering innovation and lasting
partnerships. Beyond work, she maintains balance through reading, travel, and mindfulness, bringing
a holistic approach to her pioneering role.

Currently, the influencer has over 252,000 followers on Instagram and continually uses her platform to create widespread awareness of the skin condition.
Abby is a singer-songwriter and alopecia awareness advocate who embraced her baldness and inspires people with her voice and music. She founded Alopecia Philippines, the first support group in the country and was even flown to Facebook to meet Mark Zuckerberg in 2016 because of her story and advocacy. Not an easy feat.
Half of dance duo ‘Lucky Aces’, AC is a Filipino-Canadian who danced her way into our hearts – performing on The Ellen DeGeneres show, winning Filipino reality show ‘Dance Kids’ and she’s even shared a stage with Ariana Grande!
Periods? No problem ? Aditi Gupta runs Menstrupedia, the world’s most innovative company when it comes to teaching and learning about periods. She has educated more than 50,000 girls about periods, trained 10,000 educators, and impacted the lives of 13 million girls worldwide.
Aerial Powers is a powerhouse indeed. From playing professional basketball for the 2019 World Championship team, she went on to become a global influencer in the esports world signing on to Team Liquid as a Content Creator, and Global Brand Ambassador and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. An activist and philanthropist, she is acutely aware of the positive impact that gaming has on disenfranchised and marginalized communities. Her mission is to use her global platform to promote women and people of color in gaming, healthy gaming lifestyle and making gaming inclusive and accessible to all.
Former child artist Ahsaas Channa made her debut as an actor at age 4. Playing a mixed bag growing up, she soon found her groove in the web series space with the hit web series GIRLSPLAINING by Girliyappa! Ahsaas is a fitness enthusiast and animal lover.
