Bethany shared her inspiration behind her book, ‘Make Up Your Mind’. She also dished out advice on tackling bullying by learning to love yourself.

Joyce talked about how passion and purpose helped her pull through the struggles she faced growing up in the face of poverty.

Reneé gave an alluring performance with her original song Seasons. She went on to share how writing songs has helped her during her lowest moments.

Kiana fired up the stage with her performance of Circles and Does She Know. She also talked about finding her own voice and the struggles she faced growing up in the spotlight, as part of a show biz family.

Janina opened with her original number, Our Song. She then went on to share about how she deals with cyberbullying – filtering out the negative and taking the time to appreciate the little things in life.

Remi shared how she uses self-love, positivity and kindness to deal with bullying and body-shaming.
